Moksa Pass The Grinder IPA

For Pass The Grinder, we literally passed around hop grinder while we hand selected Nelson Sauvin hops from New Zealand. We chose two different lots of Nelson, one representing a stone fruit characteristic and one that was a mix of passion fruit and dank weed. Together with hand selected Simcoe and Citra, we made a Hazy West Coast IPA that is crushable like a West Coast IPA and has a bit more body like a Hazy IPA. This is the first of this style that we have produced, and who else to do it with the hop masters at Slice.
