We experimented with a new hop, Strata, and wow did the risk pay off. After trying the first sips of this beer we got heavy notes of ripe pineapple, melon, and satsuma tangerines. This bright-tasting beer was hopped with a 5.5 lb/bbl combo of hand-selected Strata and Citra.
