Moksa Bag of Tricks IPA

As brewers, we continually play around with the many products we have available to us to make whatever we want. Bag of Tricks is a nod to the vast amounts of hops, yeast, malt, and water varieties that we can use. For this beer, we decided to use hops in four different forms: Incognito, Cryo, Whole Cone, and T-90 pellets. Using this variety combines the punchy flavor addition of Mosaic cryo and Centennial incognito while also incorporating the more well-rounded and fuller flavored Simcoe T-90 pellets and Idaho 7 whole cone.
