Moksa Live, Laugh, Lager

We flew out to Portland to meet with Indie Hop Farms and select some of their world-class hop varieties. Initially, we went to only select Strata but we came across a certain batch of Crystal that just screamed "put me into a lager!" We listened to what it told us and threw this in an American Pilsner. Earthy notes of citrus and spice meld well with the heirloom pilsner malt. Also, the name reminds us of our three essential daily necessities.
