Moksa/Sierra Nevada Walking With Giants IPA

This is a dream come true collaboration. Sierra Nevada Brewery reached out to do a double collab, one at our place and one at their place. We decided to do what we do best at each other's collab, a stout in Chico and a whole leaf IPA in Rocklin. Walking with Giants is a West Coast IPA brewed with a 5.5 lb per bbl combo of 100% whole leaf Cascade, Strata, and Citra hops. This unusual and more challenging approach gives you an aromatic experience similar to walking through a hop yard during the yearly harvest. The flavor is quite different too, which lends more hop "stickiness" that lingers longer than traditional pelletized varieties.
