Moksa Tale of Two Hops (Citra/Strata) Hazy DIPA

Tale of Two Hops is our series of Hazy Double IPAs that showcase how complimentary hops can work together to achieve a harmonious and flavorful hop profile. For this third iteration, we wanted to play heavy into our most pineapple forward hop varities, Citra and Strata. During our yearly hop selection trip in the Pacific Northwest, we select Citra or pineapple and tangerine. For Strata, we select for pineapple with undertones of dank. This version of Tale of Two Hops will be very tropical forward with hints of dank, citrus, and minor notes of melon.
