Moksa Uncle Chan's Enchanted Elixir Hazy IPA

This beer holds a very special meaning for us and our main owner, Nu. Uncle Chan is responsible for sponsoring Nu and his family as they immigrated from Thailand to California in the early 1990's. Uncle Chan's generosity has indirectly led to the creation of our brewery and all the beer that comes out of it. So when you sip on this beer give a little thanks to the person that made it all happen. Uncle Chan's favorite beers of ours has been our Hazies with Galaxy hops. So we decided to load up this beer with a 5.5 lb per bbl combo of Galaxy, Citra, and NZ Cascade.
