Alvarado Street Riwaka, Baby! Hazy IPA

A Hazy IPA with 100% Riwaka hops from New Zealand. For this beer, we blended four of our hand-selected lots, and leaned heavily on the new 2023 crop. This lush, satisfying liquid is infused with notes of guava, mango, nectarine, and melon stitched together by Riwaka’s unique, earthy, free-thiol driven aroma profile of over-ripe passion fruit and pithy grapefruit. Riwaka acreage remains low because it is notoriously difficult to grow & harvest. Each crop year is a gamble for farmers, and every year we count ourselves lucky to get our hands on these hops. We couldn’t be more excited to share them with you.
