Alvarado Street Timbo Pils

One of Highland Park Brewery’s many delicious creations, and we’re lucky to be one of five breweries to brew the recipe as part of #timboweek2022 and serve it on tap at our Monterey pub! Timbo is undoubtedly the leader in the movement of progressive, hop forward lager beer (West Coast Pilsner) and we’re excited to share it with you. Hopped with Mosaic & Citra, it’s extra pale with aromas of fresh mango, passion fruit & Riesling grape that explode out of the glass. What a treat to be able to brew this and learn from our friends.
