Co. Luce Dry Japanese Rice Lager

The name takes inspiration from one of their favourite Japanese Lagers, which translates to “Morning Light” and this beer truly is sunshine in a glass! This beer underwent a cereal mash in the kettle with high quality Haiga rice from friends down the road, Fujiya. The addition of the rice lightens the body and adds a unique grain character, making this beer incredibly crisp and refreshing. Lagered long and cold and naturally carbonated, Luce boasts aromas of petrichor, honey, and a restrained herbal tea hop character. Crafted in Vancouver, BC
