Fermented with their house culture of brettanomyces and lacto bacillus and re-fremented on hundreds of pounds of fresh apricots from the Naramata Bench. It pours a cloudy orange with a soft, mousse-like head. Aromas of fresh and dried apricots lead to flavours of ripe stone fruit and a subtle brett funk. The finish is a lovely balance of jammy sweetness and bright acidity, with a medium body. Crafted in Vancouver, BC
