They used locally sourced pilsner malt from Field Five Farm in conjunction with flaked corn and rice to create a low alcohol and highly crushable all around lager. La Fredda has a touch of corn sweetness and a cracker-like malt character. Delicately hopped for balance and fermented ice cold baby, ice cold.
