La Dernière Danse by Sir John, beer label

La Dernière Danse

Sir John · Canada
New England IPA7.1% ABV

A body moves forward, pulled in multiple directions. Instinct walks on the ground, thought floats, hope clings to almost nothing. What was meant to be a whole becomes a constant negotiation between surviving, understanding, and escaping. The final dance is not a spectacular ending, but a fragile moment: the moment when the animal accepts its transformation, unaware of what it will lose along the way. And, like the moment when one finally touches the cheek of infinity, here we savor the ecstasy of Citra, Citra Cryo, Mosaic, and Nelson Bliss. Against a honeyed backdrop, our lips will linger on notes of tangerines, ripe citrus, and small tropical fruits. The final dance is the eclipse of the heart, the tear of a flavor that can only elude us.
