We'd be lying if we said this beer came from the frozen lands of North Dakota when, in fact, it comes straight from our tanks in Lachute. This beer uses a very special process from our friends at Yakima Chief Hops: Cryo Fresh, which involves cryogenically frozen fresh hop pellets (it sounds complicated, but it's really not). For this beer, we used the classic trio of freshly harvested hops: Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe, which were frozen before being pelletized. This helps preserve the delicate nuances of fresh hops, both physically and aromatically, while also retaining their lupulin content. The result? A super dank beer with a well-balanced mouthfeel and a pronounced bitterness, supported by aromas of stone fruit, melon, and juicy citrus. CHEERS!
