Some days, luck simply smiles on you. Not long ago, we hosted our good friend Loïc from the Belgian microbrewery Unseen Brewing. A true *bon vivant*—the kind we love—he came to brew with us for three weeks. On our final night, we decided to try our luck at the slot machines and walked away with a nice jackpot. That’s the inspiration behind the name of this Double IPA we brewed together. Hopped with Citra Cryo, Citra Dynaboost, Motueka, Superdelic, Strata, Nelson Bliss, and Fresh Nelson Hopkief, it’s a tropical flavor bomb. Silky on the palate, it lets the fruity character of the hops shine through rather than highlighting their bitterness. After the first sip, you’ll realize—just as we did—that the real prize isn't the beer itself, but the friends you share it with. Cheers!
