Alvarado Street Swell Daze IPA

A hazy twist on our approach to tropical IPA. Hopped exclusively with Mosaic, in the form of traditional pellets, lupulin rich Cryo, and for good measure - Incognito hop extract. Expressive yeast, a light fluffy body and a touch of sweetness usher you into an easy going paradise of passion fruit and peach layered over sweet tangerine and pink guava.
