Copy of A Copy of A Copy

There comes a time in the beer world when every IPA recipe is just a tad too similar. Each one becomes, with only the slightest difference, a copy of a copy of a copy. No one escapes it. Not us. Not anyone else. We do our best with the tools we have and smile when it's time to take the first sip. This beautiful, hazy, and aromatic IPA is hopped with Citra, Citra Cryo, and Citra Incognito. In addition, a generous amount of Southern Cross and Mosaic, as well as Mosaic Hyperboost. It's fruity, peachy, with that lovely tropical character that leans towards citrus. It may be, as we like to call them, a copy of a copy of a copy, but when it comes time to taste it, it's still a damn good IPA that puts a smile on your face.
