The 'Polish Champagne' is back! Crispy carbonation, low alc, and a distinct smokiness - perfect for this time of year! True to style, Szampan is single decocted and incorporates oak-smoked wheat from Germany, as well as locally malted red wheat. Heavily hopped with Czech Saaz and fermented with their house lager yeast, this beer presents pale and highly effervescent with a zippy natural carbonation and smooth bitterness. Feast on aromas of mesquite smoke, fresh thyme and sourdough bread with a dry finish and a pleasant minerality. Can conditioned with krausen for a champagne-like mouthfeel.
