The latest beer from Blindman's Foeder-aged beer program is a lager lovers' dream. This 4.8% Helles Lager pours pale gold, is perfectly clear and has a lasting creamy white head. Aromas of bread, graham crackers, oak, honey and black pepper are followed by flavours of light malt sweetness, honey, low hop bitterness, from the Hallertau Mittlefruh, and soft oat undertones.
