This dark lager is a faithful interpretation of a classic Czech tmavé pivo (dark lager). A truly sessionable dark lager that balances the enigmatic Saaz hop character against a robust yet crisp malt base. A very simple recipe of premium malts and hops highlights our brewers' skill, dedication, and precision. It's decocted for maximum malt flavour, judiciously hopped for balance, and fermented as cold as possible.
