Lavender Earl Grey Saison

An easy drinking beer with light body and low bitterness, this saison will make an impact on the complexity of the aroma and flavour. Made with a pilsner base, wheat, and honeyed oat malts, this beer has a mild pepperiness and citrus juiciness, with a bright but delicate floral note that ties the entire beer together. A combination of sweetness and fruitiness with the Earl Grey Tea and Lavender is perfect to celebrate International Women's Day! Created by the women of Steamworks in collaboration with the Downtown Eastside Women's Centre for International Women's Day.
