Crafted with 100% Alberta malt from their amazing friends at Hogarth Malt and Red Shed Malting, and fermented with the Pink Boots yeast blend from their pals at Escarpment Labs, this Kolsch is rooted in community from grain to glass. True to style, Winds of Change is light-bodied, delicately hopped, and ultra-drinkable - with a bright, slightly fruity character and a crisp, clean finish.
