Mantic Kölsch is the perfect vehicle for Dutchess Ales to express our love of German traditional brewing culture and balanced, clean Ale all in one delicious package. Brewed with a decoction mash of Pilsner Malt, a kiss of Wheat and Munich malts and cold fermented with a centuries old Köln based yeast strain. Hopped with Perle and Hallertau Tradition. Perfectly balanced with a generous mouthfeel and notes of honeyed hay and lemon. A clean botanical bitterness cleanses and refreshes to finish.
