Pure Project/Movement Laugh at the Sky Lager

"When you realize how perfect this beer is, you will tilt your head back and laugh at the sky." Or at least that's how we thought Buddha's quote should have read. Our hoppy lager collaboration with Movement Brewing Company started with a crisp lager foundation, then got heaps of organic Motueka and Idaho 7 hops at the tail end of fermentation to release intensely aromatic thiol compounds. Scents of kiwi and passion fruit emanate from its brilliant straw color, while tastes of orange and honeydew grace the palate. Bright and refreshing, Laugh at the Sky is the perfect summer companion.
