Pure Project Neotropical Mist Blonde Ale

For our seventh anniversary, we created a special version of one of our favorite core brews! Neotropical Mist is a twist on Tropical Mist, a refreshing blonde ale featuring organic Valencia oranges from Lodge Ranch Organics. For Neotropical Mist, we complemented the oranges with the addition of one of Costa Rica's most popular fruits: the deliciously sweet and tart passion fruit. Rising from its slightly hazy, straw-colored body are scents of bold passion fruit, bright Valencia orange, and shortbread cookies that are followed by flavors of passion fruit mousse, dried orange, and lemon.
