Schwarzer (Coconut) Bourbon-Barrel Aged Dark Ale

This double dark ale is their attempt to brew from scratch a beer that rides the line between barleywine and imperial stout. This version was aged for 19 months in a blend of Willett rye, and 15 year 1792 Calumet Farms bourbon barrels. Finished on toasted coconut.
