Similar to Oblivions Peak in that it is luscious, with the adjuncts (just vanilla in this case) creating a creamier mouthfeel and more of a pastry vibe than their non-adjuncted blends. This is a new Imperial Stout recipe that was boiled overnight (a total of 27 hours actually, across two batches!), and a blend of only Willet Bourbon Barrel-Aged beers. Establishment used four Willet barrels, each with a unique character, over 10 months of aging time. Crafted in Calgary, AB
