Unfinished Business Belgian Saison

This beer is a celebration of the province's raw riches. Malt from Penhold, Strathmore, and Alix. Hops from Taber. Yeast, water, and brewing talent from Calgary. This beer was also a bit of an exercise in delayed gratification. They thought it was done a few times over the more more than 20 months is spent conditioning, but it kept evolving, and they exercised discipline by waiting until it was just right. It's every drop a Saison, funky, bright, complex, and untamed. Thusly named because it gifted them with a moving target and also because, as much as they're celebrating 9 years in business, they're far from finished. Crafted in Calgary, AB
