Enchanted Garden

A tart/soft sour beer brewed with lachancea thermotolerans, a yeast commonly found on the skin of grapes. The yeast naturally converts sugars into lactic acid, giving the finished beer a soft, honey and floral like quality that accentuates the sour cherry and sweet tart flavors.
