Eighty-Eight's newest addition to their core beer lineup, this is a "beer-flavoured" beer that their brewers have been champing at the bit to put out into the world on a full-time basis. It's got a crushable, crisp backbone and a little residual sweetness. A water profile mimicking that of Pilsen, Czechia keeps Cassette soft and clean while just a handful of Saaz hops leave the beer lightly bitter. Crafted in Calgary, AB
