Old Man & the Bee is named in honour of retired farmer Mark Murray who planted our orchard, and the many bees and other insects that help its pollination. Limited to just over 1250 bottles, this beautiful field blend of roughly equal parts Dabinett, Ellis Bitter, Harry Masters Jersey and Foxwhelp (part of which was barrel-aged), brings together everything that was special about our 2015 harvest. Bright gold. Still. Dry. Tangy. Floral. Fruity. Softly tannic. Balanced. Very wine-like and great with food.
