Poiré Perry Cider

Their Poiré is considered one of the best perry ciders available on the market. The production of this Poiré is carried out using traditional methods of pressing and fermentation. The pears are carefully selected from Norman pear trees to guarantee the quality of the pear juice used. This juice is then bottled for a natural fermentation of the juice, which gives this Poiré a unique sparkle. It is made up of 12 varieties of pear, mainly white pear, Vinot, Antricotin and belle-verge, mainly from century-old pear trees. This Poiré is delicate and refined, distinguished in particular by the finesse of its bubbles, the purity of its aromas and its tangy finish which subtly balances the natural sugar of the pear.
