Bishop Texas Tea won Silver in U.S. Speciality Cider: Experimental category and was a Judges Pick for overall World Speciality Cider. The crew managed to blend our traditional cider with tea to create a masterful flavor that tastes just like Texas tea and all the work that went into this award winner was well worth the effort. As JL put it "Aroma of Apple, cinnamon & tea leaves. Light crisp taste & body. Tastes of a tart Apple, sweet w/ a dry finish." He kinda nailed it.
