Bottle-conditioned medium-fine cider made in Ocle Pyxhaed in 2018. A blend of bittersweet & bittersharp cider apples collected from traditional Herefordshire orchards, bottle conditioned to a wonderful mousse. Big rich ripe apple with clove and spice on the nose. Deep golden orange colour with great frothy full mouthfeel. Big, deep fruity taste with spice and clove and touch of orange and ripe autumnal apple. Fermented with wild yeasts.
