Brewing Alberta Wild Ale

This wild sour is a mashup, mixed ferment beer with malt from their friends at Red Shed Malting and Hogarth Malt, Willamette hops from local hop yards, and hybrid yeast. It pours a beautiful golden orange, with aromas of pineapple, apricot and clove. It has a rustic malt character, with light sweetness to balance a gently tart finish. This one is a bit of an ode to all the great wild & mixed ferment beer being made in Alberta, with fantastic Alberta ingredients. Crafted in Lacombe, AB
