Tox Fugu's Revenge DDH Imperial IPA

Big Fugu! We carefully and thoughtfully scaled up our flagship IPA. In doing so we wanted to make a statement. This beer is hopped heavily in the whirlpool and two dry hops, all with Citra, El Dorado, Cashmere, and Mosaic all at various stages. Big notes of citrus, papaya, grapefruit, watermelon candy, with a pleasant pithy mango flavor. It appears that the Anglerfish will win the battle for a quick lunch, but it is our cute cuddly puffy friend who will have the last laugh.
