Barclay Dimensions of Time - 7 (Bourbon/Rye Blend) Imperial Stout

Dimensions of Time is our barrel-aged imperial stout blends for the Dimensions of Time Barrel Project membership. These beers sat between 13-20 months in a variety of barrels. For the blend, we have Blanton's, Old Fitz 12yr, 2 Thomas Handy Rye, Woodford Rye, Old Forrester Masterpiece 13yr, Stagg Jr, and 1792. Each variant of D.o.T is meant to inspire thoughtfulness to the complexity and nuance, or dimensions, of the beer over time.
