Barclay Dimensions of Time - 10 (Maple Bourbon) Imperial Stout

Dimensions of Time is our barrel-aged imperial stout blends for the Dimensions of Time Barrel Project membership. These beers sat between 13-20 months in a variety of barrels. For the blend, we have 3 Thomas Handy Rye, 2 Woodford Rye, Weller, and Stagg Jr with an abundance of Tahitian Vanilla in barrels for 9 months. Each variant of D.o.T is meant to inspire thoughtfulness to the complexity and nuance, or dimensions, of the beer over time.
