We're very excited to announce Geography, a red wine barrel aged Belgian strong ale. Taking inspiration from De Dolle's Stille Nacht Reserva, Geography is rich, vinous, malty and slightly tart. Brewed in late 2020 then aged for a year in Cabernet Sauvignon & Pinot Noir barrels, Geography has a soft, rich mouthfeel and flavors of cherry, oak, rich raisin & caramel.
