For Cabin's sixth anniversary, they took their award-winning Baltic Porter and conditioned it in bourbon barrels that had been used to age maple syrup. A luxurious, full-bodied porter that balances rich flavours and nuanced complexity. Aromas of dried dark fruits, like fig and raisin, and sweet caramel and toffee notes lead the way, complemented by background notes of brown sugar and maple syrup.
