Brewing Belgian IPA

Once a year, the team at Blindman indulge themselves and brew a big, boozy, bold Belgian strong ale. This year, because it's their 10th year as a brewery they decided to be extra indulgent and brew a second Belgian beer using everything they've learned (and drank!) from their favourite beer region.
