Nevermore Imperial Stout

Sometimes we need to walk through the darkness to see the light. Spending six dark months ina row of Kentucky Bourbon, Martinique Agricole Rum, and Single Malt barrels from their friends at Anohka, this ol' bird has weathered the storm. We carefully blended this mix of barresl to highlight the flavours imparted by each of the woods & spirits - yielding what is their favourite barrel-aged offering yet. This is Aged with Rage. Notes of dark chocolate, hazelnut, black cherry, fig, chocolate covered raisins, caramel, whiskey, carribbean rum, the absence of light, dying stars, the void. Crafted in Edmonton, AB
