Windflower Belgian Blond Ale

Windflower - Belgian Blond has a pleasantly subtle citrusy-spicy yeast complexity, smooth, malty palate, and dry, soft finish. The malt backbone is moderately grainy-sweet. Faint, honey-like sweetness on the palate. Medium bitterness, with the malt slightly more prominent in the balance. Light alcohol warming. Moderate yeast profile with orange and lemon esters and slight spicy-peppery-clove phenols. It is dangerously crushable at over 7%. IBU: 21 Crafted in Calgary, AB
