Cat's Paws Amber Lager

This beer has a clean, rich, toasty, bready malt backbone with hints of honey and dark fruit. The overall malt impression is soft, elegant, and complex, with a rich aftertaste. Initial malt flavour often suggests sweetness, but the finish is moderately dry. The 7th annual Pink Boots hop blend consists of Ahtanum®, El Dorado®, HBC 638, and Idaho 7®, providing notes of berry, citrus, stone fruit and tropical fruit. We complimented this with an addition of Nelson Sauvin hops, which provide notes of white wine and citrus. Medium body, medium bitterness, with a smooth, creamy texture that suggests a fuller mouthfeel. Medium carbonation. IBU: 18 Crafted in Calgary, AB
