Holy Goat Rainbow in the Dark

This dark, rich stout was first brewed by Ashby's Ales in 2011 in commemoration of Ronnie James Dio. This fifteen-year anniversary edition was brewed in collaboration with The Gryphon, Bristol's legendary heavy metal pub and live music venue, and longtime friends. Our version combines roasted and crystal malts with whirlpool additions of Chinook and Citra. Light hoppy notes give way to a cocoa and coffee finish.
