Brewing Haskap Fruited Sour

This beer, because of the very high fruit dosing rate, and the brilliant colour of the haskap berries, might make you think it is a fruit wine, but in reality, it started as a foeder-aged brett saison. It was then allowed to ferment under pressure on a large quantity of haskap berries from Rosy Farms just near Alcomdale, Alberta. Crafted in Lacombe, AB
