Lowercase French Style Pilsner

We teamed up with University of Washington Beer professor and Head Brewer of Outer Planet Brewing, Ariel Klein to make a Pilsner with all French Ingredients because…frankly…she’s rad and so is the entire crew at OPB. She teaches a “Mastering Beer Styles” class at our taproom every Monday. She’s also a certified BJCP judge and all around awesome human being. On top of all that, she’s hilarious. Oh, and she started her brewing career in England! She took the reins here at her old stomping ground and wrote a recipe that would highlight French pilsner malt and the two French hops known as Aramis and Triskel and we couldn’t be happier with it. Lagered for 2.5 months.
