DSSOLVR Petro Dragon Stout

“Petro Dragon” is a new, fun, sexy, and BLARING METAL AF Salted Caramel Hazelnut Stout we whipped up to celebrate the new King Gizzard album. They have no idea who we are, but the name is hella tight and so is this beer. Plus the album rules. Mashed with a base of Riverbend Malt Southern Select, Munich, and Vienna, alongside a hefty smattering of Proximity Malt Crystal and Roasted malts. Fermented with our preferred Pub Ale yeast, spunded for dat natty carb, and then conditioned on an absolutely punishing mountain of Fresh-roasted Hazelnuts, Madagascar Vanilla Beans, Caramel, Maple Smoked Sea Salt, Truffle Sea Salt, and Cacao Nibs from Frenchbroad Chocolates. We ended up combining some things we’ve really enjoyed from our last few Stout releases and we definitely got something that feels like a riffed out DSSOLVR Stout. Get it? Riffed. Ugh.
