Collaboration with XhAle Brew Co. Seventy Eight Lager Saison Co-Ferment is nuanced, evolved, and devoid of outdated constructs and confines. We grew both a lager and saison yeast strain separately and then we married the two and let the saison do its thing. The result is a beer that's light and peppery with a touch of stone fruit, while also maintaining the lager crispiness that we are all so fond of. Crafted in Calgary, AB
