The understated hero. Pinova is a German apple cultivar hybrid cross between three different apple varieties: Britain's Cox's Orange Pippin, Russia's Duchess of Oldenburg, and the Golden Delicious. Our elevation exposure enhances this very aromatic cider. First impression is long-lasting with slightly sweet astringency riding on an orange flush. Crisp apple mouthfeel ripe with flavor, notes of banana, and honeydew. Pinova is a 2022 Gold and 2023 Silver Medal winner at Great Lakes International Cider and Perry as well as a 2023 Silver medal winner at CiderCraft Magazine Awards.
